Increased Productivity through use of VoIP
A medium-sized manufacturer with with multiple locations nationwide found that they were wasting both time and money operating each of their 14 offices independently of each other through use of separate onsite phone systems. They turned to AC&C Network Services for help designing and rolling out a centralized VoIP system that allowed each location to connect to the “cloud”, where voice traffic is routed. This design gave each office the ability to connect using 4-digit extensions which saved on toll charges and increased their efficiency in reaching colleagues with ease. Telecommuters now had the ability to connect through a home-office extension and use a centralized voicemail system which allowed call-forwarding to anyone within the company. This solution also offered a local dial tone which gave the customer a “local” presence. By using VoIP technology, the customer saved time and money while increasing their internal collaboration and overall productivity.

One of our busy customers in the senior-living industry with 25 multiple-floor buildings housing over 150 residents in each, had low voltage requirements. They were in need of improving their overall functionality through design of a new voice, data, and video infrastructure, and looked to AC&C Network Services to develop a cost-effective solution with nationwide coverage to match their multi-faceted requirements. A health-services company with 579 facilities throughout the United States was searching for a single supplier to manage their overall network, cabling, and phone system needs. The work required for site relocations, new equipment installations, desktop set-up, fiber cable installation, and voice and data DMARC extensions. AC&C Network Services responded by working closely with the client to establish company-wide cable infrastructure standards. Then, using our pre-qualified network of nationwide technicians, completed the deployment of all required standards to each of their 579 locations. With AC&C’s quick response time and troubleshooting, the customer was able to drive consistency of performance through their entire phone and IT network, while decreasing system downtime.
